West Norfolk Community Transport Project is a service that will start providing transport into Swaffham on alternate Thursdays, starting on 1st August 2024. This transport was set up to provide a bespoke door to door service for anyone who through no fault of their own are unable to drive, have no personal transport or may be no family member able to take them out. All our mini buses are equipped with a rear passenger lift making it possible for people of all types of needs to utilize the transport. Including working animals and pets.
To travel with us you must first be a member of West Norfolk Community Transport. There is an annual fee of £10.This is a pre bookable service and your seat must be booked by 3pm the day before you travel. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free transport, therefore we have to make a charge for the seat booked. Our drivers happily help with assistance, if need be, to get on and off the bus, they load the shopping onto the bus and will carry shopping to your door.
