Marham Parish Council, to tender for extension and alteration works at Marham Village Hall, Marham.
The Project has an anticipated construction budget of £ 150,000.00 (excluding VAT) and will be subject to funding applications following receipt of tenders. The works aim to commence on site within 4 months of the tender return date.
Interested Contractors should be able to clearly demonstrate their ability to form a cohesive working relationship with the client, design team and adopt an open book form of accounting.
All expressions of interest should be made by email and received on or before Friday 20th June and sent to Mr M Inder [clerk@marhamparish.gov.uk].
A prequalification questionnaire alongside a Pre-Construction Information pack may then be issued, with a response required within ten working days.
